SHIPPING POLICY

At Hana Fragrance, we aim to make your order experience simple and transparent. This policy explains where we ship, shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and store pickup.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:30 PM on working days.

Orders placed after 2:30 PM will generally be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after the cut-off time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Singapore: 1–3 working days

• Malaysia: Up to 10 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, public holidays, festive periods, campaign or sale periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier

Singapore orders are shipped using SPX Express.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Delays

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Additional delays may occur during festive periods, public holidays, major sale campaigns, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel is lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Service team and we will assist you with the next steps.
