CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Cancellation by Buyer
(a) Before Delivery of Product
A Buyer may cancel their purchases without hanafragrance.com approval at any time before the Product status on the Website is stated as “Preparing for Delivery”.

(b) During Preparations for Delivery
Once preparations for delivery of the Product are in progress (where the status on the Website is stated as “Preparing for Delivery”), any cancellation will require the hanafragrance.com approval, subject always to the terms of hanafragrance.com Agreement

(c) After Delivery of Product
Once a Product has been shipped out, the status for the order on the Website shall be changed to “Shipping in Progress” on the Website. The order can no longer be cancelled at this point, and any cancellation will need to be made via the return process as set out in Part B of this Policy.

Care of Products
Where a Buyer is not within time to effect cancellation of an order for a Product during the periods set out above, and the Product is subsequently delivered, the Buyer must not use the Product and shall take all such care so as to ensure that no damage occurs to the Product. In the event of any damage caused to the Product, the Buyer will need to bear the costs for any consumption of, wear and tear or damage caused to the Product.

1.2 Cancellation made by Hanafragrance.com
Hanafragrance.com may cancel an order where there is inadequate stock to fulfil such order, where there will be unreasonable delay in sourcing of the Products or where the Product has been wrongly advertised or priced. In such instance, the Buyer:
(a) will be notified of the cancellation via the Website system; and
(b) shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid and shipping fees.
Advisable to read this Policy together with the Hanafragrance.com Agreement with regard to the grounds when hanafragrance.com may reasonably cancel an order.
Repeated cancellations without proper cause/justification, which result in hanafragrance.com being unable to comply with hanafragrance.com Service Levels, shall entitle the Company to impose such penalties on such as provided for under the hanafragrance.com Agreement.

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1 Returns of products
Hanafragrance.com will accept refunds with a valid receipt for 7 days from date of purchase/delivery, whichever is later. Payment will be refunded through your personal bank account. Refund is exclusive of delivery charges. Please note that the normal processing time for refund request is 10 – 14 working days from date of request.

2.2 Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
2.2.1 if any Product have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, hanafragrance.com shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
2.2.2 If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer Hanafragrance.com shall collect the Product from the Customer.
2.2.3 If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Hanafragrance.com shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
2.2.4 All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.
2.2.5 Returned item must be in their original purchase condition.
2.2.6 All packaging of each returned item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
2.2.7 Returned items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
2.2.8 Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable
